Description

You will own the support lifecycle for Java and .NET applications, ensuring system stability and rapid issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve production incidents using SQL queries and debugging tools.
• Analyze logs and application behavior to identify root causes of bugs.
• Manage support tickets through to closure, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams to reproduce issues and validate fixes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support or software engineering.
• Proficiency in Java and .NET application debugging.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and query analysis.
• Experience with ticketing systems and incident management workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex production environments.

Preferred Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder updates.
• Experience with product support in a SaaS or enterprise environment.
