Description

You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for client software configurations and customizations.

Responsibilities

• Investigate client issues and provide guidance based on technical documentation.
• Reproduce client environments and configurations to diagnose and resolve software problems.
• Perform technical root cause analysis and outline corrective actions.
• Document all customer interactions and technical findings within the CRM tool.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in technical support facing customers.
• 2 years of application development experience using Java and Object Oriented programming.
• Proficiency in SQL and SQL Server.
• Experience with JavaScript, XML, and HTML.
• Knowledge of Linux and Microsoft Server environments.
• Technical debugging and diagnosis skills, including coding and scripting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PERL.
• Experience with server tuning and solving performance issues.
• Integration experience with desktop enterprise software applications.
