Description

You will manage and support mission-critical Bharat Bill Pay (BBPS) applications in a 24x7 OLTP environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to ensure near 100% application uptime.
• Perform proactive and reactive maintenance, including log monitoring and analysis for issue prevention.
• Execute patch deployments, build deployments, and bug fixing.
• Manage application sizing and support zero-downtime requirements.
• Coordinate with database, infrastructure, and operations teams, as well as banks and non-banking entities.
