You will lead application support efforts across complex, large-scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder expectations regarding Application Support strategies and project success.
• Supervise, mentor, and train application support personnel across global and remote teams.
• Deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and manage application systems in collaboration with global teams.
• Resolve customer issues, meeting L3 Application Support Service Level Agreements and improving processes.
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and QA teams on trending application issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of people management experience in an application support environment.
• Experience managing Application Support and Service Delivery Management using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Good functional and technical understanding of multi-tier application architecture.
• Proficiency with Java.
• Expertise with SQL queries.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles.
• Proven ability to lead application support teams across business domains.
• Ability to make timely decisions with incomplete information under tight deadlines.
