Description

Provide technical support and maintenance for Java-based applications, ensuring system stability and meeting Service Level Agreements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve technical problems to maintain operational SLAs.
• Monitor system health and perform regular checks to identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Research and resolve application defects using log monitoring and performance tools.
• Provide additional support hours during scheduled deployments to ensure smooth releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support or development.
• Proficiency in Java programming and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk for log monitoring and analysis.
• Experience with AppDynamics for application performance monitoring.
• Proficiency with the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
• Experience with Grafana for dashboarding and metrics visualization.
• Degree in any graduate field.
