You will lead the architectural design and development of automated tax-related applications.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and automated application designs.
• Develop, mentor, and train staff on J2EE, Spring, and distributed technologies.
• Write, review, and maintain detailed system documentation and program change requirements.
• Execute unit test plans, debugging, and code migration from development to user test environments.
• Resolve software defects and technical issues based on business priority.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Expertise in Java and J2EE.
• Proficiency with Spring framework.
• Experience working with DB2 databases and JDBC.
• Hands-on experience with JSON, XML, and XQuery.
• Competency in JavaScript.
• Ability to guide teams through all phases of the project management life cycle.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with management and customers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
