Description

Lead the architectural design, deployment, and implementation of Java-based enterprise solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment packaging, testing, implementation, and administration of deployment environments.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure releases follow repeatable and auditable processes.
• Support and troubleshoot scalability, high availability, performance, monitoring, and backup/restore functions.
• Document, standardize, and automate deployment processes while evaluating new tools for efficiency.
• Mentor less experienced developers through code reviews, documentation, and one-on-ones.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on development with J2EE, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• 7+ years of experience with FileNet suite products and WebSphere or JBOSS Enterprise Application Servers.
• 7+ years of experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration and mainframe integration.
• 6+ years of experience using XML, SOAP, and REST web services in a JEE environment.
• 6+ years of experience implementing web security protocols using LDAP and SiteMinder.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture (MSA) and Cloud architecture.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Subversion, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, and Ansible.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps principles, and automation scripting.
• Proven ability to analyze business workflows and translate them into technical specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the installation and evaluation of COTs products.
