Description

You will lead technical design and architecture for complex software applications and systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define system specifications by translating client needs and coordinating with business stakeholders.
• Design new applications in collaboration with product development partners, vendors, and engineers.
• Analyze, maintain, and migrate legacy systems to new platforms using existing architectural knowledge.
• Evaluate new technologies, IDEs, and libraries through Proof of Concepts.
• Support engineering and operations teams in debugging critical production issues and solving technical problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of application architecture experience using Java, J2EE, and the Spring Framework.
• Hands-on expertise with Java 1.8 and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Microservices architecture using Event-Driven patterns.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, MVC framework, Hibernate, and Angular.
• Strong experience designing and writing RESTful services, APIs, XML, and JSON.
• Knowledge of Web Services design and development including SOAP and REST.
• Ability to work with databases, specifically Oracle, and write complex SQL.
• Experience developing and supporting the architecture of configurable systems.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC process.

Preferred Skills

• Agile methodology experience.
