Design and develop enterprise-level application architectures using Java/J2EE technologies. Define technical standards, frameworks, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices. Lead application modernization, microservices adoption, and cloud transformation initiatives. Create high-level and low-level design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks. Ensure application security, reliability, performance, and scalability. Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical governance activities. Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership. Partner with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
