Description

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, mission-critical web applications across the full stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop performant web applications using Next.js for the frontend and Java for API development.
• Design, test, and maintain RESTful APIs using Spring Boot to support frontend functionality and third-party integrations.
• Present low-level designs and architectural approaches prior to the development phase.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across both internal and third-party systems.
• Mentor engineers on design patterns, coding standards, and Extreme Programming methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in fullstack engineering and technical decision making.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
• Strong experience with React JS, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Expertise in state management using Redux or Redux Toolkit.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest, JUnit, and Mockito.
• Hands-on experience with Git, branching strategies, and DevOps best practices.
• Proven ability to integrate third-party libraries, SDKs, and APIs.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK Stack or Splunk.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Retail, or E-commerce industries.
• Familiarity with cloud services.
