Description

You will own the technical architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale microservices and event-driven systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders and lead discovery sessions.
• Design High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD), service contracts, and data integration strategies.
• Write clean, scalable production code and build reusable frameworks using modern patterns like WebSockets and gRPC.
• Enforce Zero Trust security, implement TDD, and conduct code/design reviews to ensure performance and reliability.
• Leverage GenAI tools and AI coding assistants to enhance engineering velocity and productivity.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years as an Architect.
• Strong expertise in Java 17/21 and Object-Oriented Design.
• Deep experience with Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and the Spring Ecosystem (MVC, Security, WebFlux).
• Proficiency in Hibernate/JPA and enterprise design patterns.
• Strong database skills with SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience with Kafka or messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Pulsar).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Service Mesh architectures and modern UI technologies (React, Angular, TypeScript).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles within enterprise environments.
