You will design and implement high-volume customer-facing systems and cloud-native applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud-native applications and high-volume systems.
• Build microservices using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
• Implement distributed caching solutions to optimize system performance.
• Manage deployment through CI/CD practices, including build pipelines and automated testing.
• Solve complex programming problems within an Agile development environment.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong programming expertise in Java 8 or above.
• Extensive experience building microservices with Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers such as Azure or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency with distributed caching solutions including Redis, Memcached, and Hazelcast.
• Experience utilizing caching proxies like Varnish or Squid.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and automated deployment.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Engineering degree or postgraduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing to open-source projects or working with open-source ecosystems.
