Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop large-scale enterprise applications using microservices architecture and cloud-native technologies.
• Lead the transition of on-premises solutions into multi-tenant multi-cloud environments.
• Implement and maintain DevOps tools and CI/CD processes for efficient software delivery.
• Architect and develop API and event-driven solutions following best practices and industry standards.
• Work with containerized technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for scalable deployments.
• Implement monitoring solutions using tools like Data Dog, Prometheus, and ELK Stack.
• Solve complex multi-system problems and provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Drive development excellence through the integration of AI tools in the development cycle.
• Lead, coach, and retain engineers in a global, cross-office environment.

Experience Required: 15+ years of overall experience including minimum 10 years in enterprise architecture, design and development. Minimum 7 years hands-on experience in OOP programming languages and 5+ years in SaaS cloud-native product development.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field
