Description

Lead the design and implementation of complex enterprise applications and technology demonstrators to solve critical business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality prototypes and technology demonstrators for emerging business needs.
• Write code for critical and complex components while providing technical oversight for all technical issues.
• Lead the development team through code reviews, technical guidance, and the implementation of best coding practices.
• Define and document implementation patterns for Java components, frameworks, and libraries.
• Evaluate Java technologies, components, and architectures to propose solutions for technical obstacles.

Required Skills

• 17+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
• Expert knowledge of Design Patterns, Enterprise Architecture, and Enterprise Java.
• Deep expertise in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Proven experience transforming Monolithic architectures to Microservices or Serverless architectures.
• Extensive experience with Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and multiple deployment models.
• Expertise in containerization and API technologies including REST, JSON, XML, SOAP, YAML, GraphQL, and Swagger.
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Experience managing large volume data streams using Kafka or other Message Queues.
• Proficiency in branching strategies using GitLab, Bitbucket, or GitHub.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital transformation projects.
