Description

You will design and lead the development of cloud-native microservice architectures, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across distributed systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservice architectures using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and API Gateways.
• Define and enforce non-functional requirements (NFRs) for performance, security, and scalability.
• Develop event-driven systems using messaging brokers like Kafka or ActiveMQ.
• Conduct low-level design reviews, code reviews, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Create comprehensive design documents including data models, deployment architecture, and API specifications.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Java development with deep expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Data JPA.
• Strong knowledge of Microservice patterns: Eureka, Hystrix, Sidecar, and API Security.
• Experience designing Cloud-Native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Containers, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases and caching tools: MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, Elasticsearch, DynamoDB.
• Understanding of Identity Management solutions: Cognito, Okta, Ping Federate, or Active Directory.
• Ability to integrate with front-end technologies like ReactJS or Angular.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with integration frameworks: Mule, Apache Camel, or Spring Integration.
• Familiarity with GenAI code assistants (Co-Pilot, Cursor) and Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Spring AI).
• Experience working on RFPs and project estimation in the BFSI domain.
