Responsibilities

• Design and implement software systems aligned with product requirements.
• Shepherd technical delivery to ensure adherence to best practices and documented processes.
• Prioritize development tasks based on product roadmaps, requirements, and release schedules.
• Mentor software development partner teams on technical designs and implementation approaches.
• Communicate technical issues and progress to executive leadership for resolution and awareness.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Expertise in Software Architecture and Software Systems design.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience managing Product Road Mapping and translating Product Requirements into technical designs.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and mentor developers.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
