Define distributed software architectures and lead technical strategy for scalable, high-availability systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, reliable distributed software architectures.
• Evaluate and integrate Java frameworks, cloud services, and database technologies.
• Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate new technologies and architecture patterns.
• Diagnose bottlenecks, optimize concurrency, and ensure low-latency application performance.
• Enforce security standards, coding practices, and conduct rigorous code reviews.

Required Skills

• 8–10+ years of Java/JEE development experience.
• 2+ years in a formal Software or Java Architect role.
• Expert knowledge of Java Core, Advanced features, and Concurrency.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with identity management (OAuth/OIDC) and vulnerability mitigation.
• Proven track record of aligning technical roadmaps with executive stakeholders.
