Description

Lead technical projects and application management in an Agile environment. Own production support, deployment governance, and client coordination while guiding offshore development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects and enhancements.
• Manage production support, including alerts, logging, and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee code deployment governance from development teams into production.
• Coordinate with clients on requirements, solution design, and implementation status.
• Guide and manage offshore development teams to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java 8.0 and the Spring Boot framework.
• Experience designing API Microservices and distributed architectures.
• Strong understanding of Cloud native concepts and Cloud architecture.
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases.
• Proven track record in production support and operational management.
• Experience with Master Data Management products such as Stibo.
• Ability to work within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles.
