Description

You will own the high-level and low-level architecture for Java-based systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and define technical standards, design patterns, and best practices for Java-based applications.
• Lead development using Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Collaborate with product, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate with telecom systems.
• Guide and mentor development teams, including code reviews and design governance.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Java Architecture.
• Strong background in Telecom industry.
• Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices development.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Experience with Cassandra database.
• Hands-on work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Ability to define technical standards and design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading development teams in complex, large-scale systems.
