Description

Lead the architectural design and development of Java microservices applications.

You will own the release pipeline and guide engineering teams on microservices patterns, best practices, and responsive frontend design.

Responsibilities

• Design microservices architectures using UML and system-level modeling.
• Manage pub/sub implementations using Kafka and MQTT within containerized environments.
• Oversee unit testing for Angular and Java APIs, including simulation for coverage.
• Analyze and remediate outputs from static analysis tools.
• Guide engineering teams on microservices patterns and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Java and Java API development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure platforms, specifically Azure Functions and Cosmos DB.
• Strong understanding of UML design and system-level architecture.
• Experience with Kafka and MQTT for messaging.
• Proficiency in Angular and responsive frontend design principles.
• Experience with containerization technologies.
• Proven track record working within Scrum frameworks and managing offshore teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the medical domain.
