Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Expertise in Java, VXML, and SQL.
• Deep experience developing applications using MVC architecture.
• Strong proficiency with the Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with API development and integration.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to organize and lead workshops for senior and middle management.
