Description

Define enterprise-wide technical strategies and solution architectures for US banking clients, aligning design patterns with business requirements. Lead project delivery and stakeholder management while ensuring secure coding practices across multi-layer applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Steer business requirements into technical strategies using proven design patterns and enterprise architecture principles.
• Design multi-layer applications covering UI, backend, and database layers with a focus on systems integration and API/middleware orchestration.
• Lead project delivery and manage stakeholders, specifically US banking clients, ensuring alignment on technology choices like .NET, Java J2EE, and Oracle.
• Implement solution architecture processes including BPMN, workflow design, and secure coding standards across Linux/Windows environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java Architect or similar senior engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot for backend development.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and modern middleware solutions.
• Working knowledge of databases including Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with .NET and cross-platform technologies (Linux/Windows).
• Proven ability in systems integration, API design, and process orchestration (BPMN).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly with US banking clients and understanding their specific regulatory or technical constraints.
• Background in secure coding practices and server/mainframe environments.
