Description

You will lead technical design and architecture for complex software applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture and technical specifications for complex software applications.
• Elicit requirements using agile frameworks and collaborate with Product Owners to define feature scope.
• Analyze new technologies, libraries, and IDEs through Proof of Concepts.
• Assist engineering and operations teams in debugging critical production issues.
• Identify and communicate cross-functional or third-party technical blockers to management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in application architecture using Java and J2EE technologies.
• 3+ years of experience specifically as a Java or Web Architect.
• Proficiency in Spring Framework and consuming RESTful applications or Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST web services design and development.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle databases and writing complex SQL.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC process and DevOps principles, including Jenkins and automation scripting.
• Experience with application monitoring tools and web application networking flows.
• Proven track record of delivering software using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Responsive CSS.
