You will design and develop scalable systems using Core Java and event-driven architectures.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable systems using Core Java with Confluent or Apache Kafka.
• Integrate Apache Kafka with applications to enable real-time data streaming.
• Optimize the performance of Kafka clusters and related components.
• Build backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and conduct code reviews.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Expertise in Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and software development processes.
• Proven track record of delivering complex Java-based systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing a power curve rules engine using Java.
