You will design and architect complex technical solutions across the stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end system architectures using Java and Spring.
• Guide team members on architectural decisions and software best practices.
• Lead technology projects and manage technologists through the development lifecycle.
• Ensure technical solutions meet compliance requirements by leveraging AML/KYC domain expertise.
• Implement observability tooling to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java and Spring development.
• Experience with public cloud environments, specifically AWS.
• Hands-on experience designing and building APIs.
• Experience implementing messaging systems using Kafka.
• Proficiency with NoSQL databases, including Cassandra.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Splunk and DynaTrace.
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods (CI/CD).
