Description

You will design, develop, and implement software systems and technical strategies for internal applications and third-party integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business executives and end-users to conceptualize new application projects.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements, resource recommendations, and task assignments.
• Own technical decisions, architectural artifacts, and technical designs for assigned projects.
• Establish organization-wide software development standards and patterns.
• Automate areas of the SDLC through the platform engineering process.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in software systems and implementation.
• Strong expertise in Java and the Spring Framework ecosystem.
• Practical knowledge of modern service-oriented architecture and API design.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and application deployment.
• Proven ability in solution architecture and software development.
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Strong analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to all levels of the organization.
