Description

You will define the technical direction for enterprise solutions and lead architecture, design, and implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design microservices-based systems, reusable components, and APIs.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability across systems.
• Oversee integration with databases, cloud services, DevOps pipelines, and third-party systems.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE enterprise application development.
• Strong knowledge of Java 11/17, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs.
• Proven experience with Microservices Architecture and Distributed Systems.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and cloud-native design.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with RDBMS (Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Solid understanding of design patterns, scalability, performance tuning, and security standards.
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
