Description

You will own the architecture and implementation of large, complex Java systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Handle large and complex architecture and re-design projects end-to-end.
• Implement secured, high-quality REST APIs.
• Design and implement microservices, covering security and best practices.
• Troubleshoot design flaws and system bottlenecks by investigating application logs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java architecture and development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+.
• Expertise in Spring Framework, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with JPA and Hibernate for data persistence.
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Deep knowledge of relational databases (MS-SQL Server, Postgres SQL, Oracle, MySQL).
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Cassandra.
• Understanding of scalable and resilient architecture principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with distributed system design at scale.
• Knowledge of cloud-native deployment patterns.
