Description

You will lead technical design and implementation for enterprise IT projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to produce functional specifications and design documentation.
• Perform technical research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and databases.
• Program and implement efficient solutions meeting technical specifications.
• Create test plans, cases, and performance testing protocols.
• Ensure web applications adhere to ADA compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Applications Architect on enterprise-level projects.
• Expertise in Java 1.8+ and J2EE (JSP, EJB, JPA).
• Extensive experience with Spring Framework and Aspect Oriented Programming (AOP).
• Proficiency with JBOSS EAP 7.0+.
• Experience with JPA, Hibernate, and component-based frameworks like JSF or Wicket.
• Strong database skills in MS-SQL Server 2012+ (stored procedures, triggers, views) and Oracle.
• Deep knowledge of XML data exchanges, including schemas, XSLT, XSD, and parsers (SAX, DOM, STAX, XPath).
• Experience with Web Services, Linux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related IT field.
• Experience with government, law enforcement, or public safety IT projects and the NIEM standard.
• Knowledge of Angular, JUnit, PrimeFaces, JasperReports, Alfresco, MS-Project, MS-Visio, or Eclipse.
