Description

Define and lead the architecture of Java-based enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across cloud-native solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design microservices using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and RESTful APIs for cloud-native environments.
• Define integration strategies for internal systems and external platforms, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud deployments.
• Lead technical decision-making, review design documents, and mentor developers on coding standards and design patterns.
• Ensure application reliability, performance tuning, and adherence to secure coding practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Java/J2EE development and architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
• Proven experience designing microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and caching mechanisms.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and reactive programming (Spring WebFlux).
• Knowledge of OAuth2/JWT and modern security standards.
• Experience optimizing high-traffic systems for performance and scalability.
