Description

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Java-based software development projects within the banking domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities based on individual strengths and project requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including QA, business analysts, and stakeholders, to meet project timelines.
• Manage project risks and coordinate resources to achieve defined goals.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Deep understanding of the Banking domain.
• Proven ability to oversee full project lifecycles from planning to delivery.
• Experience managing technical delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
• Any Graduate degree.
