Description

Lead the design and implementation of scalable Java-based telecommunications infrastructure, including network management, billing, and customer care systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of developers through the full implementation lifecycle.
• Design and implement secure, scalable Java systems.
• Review code for performance, standardization, and best practices.
• Write technical documentation, including architecture and design guides.
• Ensure adherence to telecommunications industry standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of Java.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Experience with Cloud Computing platforms.
• Proven team leadership skills.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with 5G, SDN, NFV, and IoT.
