Description

•    Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
•    Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, and SQS/SNS.
•    Experience implementing AWS security best practices, IAM policies, networking, and cost optimization strategies.
•    Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases such as Amazon DynamoDB and MongoDB.
•    Experience supporting product management, digital transformation, and modernization initiatives.
•    8-12+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Techno-Functional Leadership within Wealth Management, Retirement, or Financial Services domains.
•    Proven experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, requirements, and delivery for complex financial products.
•    Ability to translate business strategies into customer journeys, capabilities, epics, features, functional requirements, and technology roadmaps.
•    Experience collaborating with Product, Business, Operations, Architecture, and Engineering leadership teams.
•    Strong understanding of retirement products including 401(k), 403(b), Pensions, IRAs, and Recordkeeping Services.
•    Experience with participant and advisor journeys including enrollment, contributions, investments, rollovers, distributions, beneficiary management, and servicing.
•    Proven ability to define business outcomes, KPIs, and measurable success metrics
