Description

Design and lead enterprise Java architecture, defining technical roadmaps and ensuring scalable, secure system design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture, high-level designs, and low-level design documents for enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams on Java best practices and design patterns.
• Drive system integration, performance optimization, and security compliance across internal and external systems.
• Establish architectural governance, coding standards, and risk mitigation strategies for large-scale projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into feasible, scalable technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Core Java, Object-Oriented Design (OOD), and Spring Boot.
• Proven expertise in Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, and Web Services.
• Strong background in Software Architecture and System Design principles.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps concepts, and Version Control Systems (Git).
• Ability to design for scalability, reliability, and security in enterprise environments.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for technical presentations and workshops.
• Experience with Kubernetes or containerization technologies is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-native development and major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and TOGAF or similar architecture certifications.
• Track record in leading large-scale enterprise transformation projects.
