You will lead complex technology initiatives and define engineering standards for large-scale technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document complex projects and programs.
• Develop companywide best practices and standards for engineering disciplines.
• Analyze large-scale technology solutions to meet strategic business objectives and technical challenges.
• Collaborate with product teams, technical experts, and external industry groups to resolve complex issues.
• Lead technical teams and serve as a peer mentor to other developers.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with Java and Spring Boot implementation.
• Hands-on expertise with MongoDB.
• Experience with Message Queues including RabbitMQ and Kafka.
• Proven ability to lead complex, companywide technology initiatives.
• Strong skills in designing and developing microservices.
• Ability to take ownership of efforts and work with minimal supervision.
• 5-10 years of professional engineering experience.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in senior or lead developer roles.
• Mentoring and technical leadership skills.
