You will lead complex technology initiatives and define engineering standards for large-scale Java solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document complex projects and programs.
• Develop companywide best practices and standards for engineering disciplines.
• Analyze large-scale technology solutions to meet strategic business objectives.
• Lead technical teams and serve as a peer mentor to other developers.
• Collaborate with product teams and external groups to resolve complex issues.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of professional engineering experience.
• Extensive experience with Java and Spring Boot implementation.
• Hands-on expertise with MongoDB.
• Experience with Message Queues including RabbitMQ and Kafka.
• Proven ability to design and develop microservices.
• Ability to take ownership of efforts with minimal supervision.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in senior or lead developer roles.
• Strong mentoring and technical leadership skills.
