Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Java applications.
• Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership to the IT team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Mentor junior developers and maintain code quality and automation.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Deep expertise in Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Proven experience designing and developing high-performance applications.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud technologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Banking and Financial Services (FS) domain, specifically Treasury and Risk.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial sector.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
