Description

You will lead technical architecture and development for the SERVNY volunteer management application, defining standards for scalability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and platform selection for large-scale systems.
• Design multi-levelled architecture and component interactions for complex software solutions.
• Build responsive Single Page Applications (SPA) using Angular and TypeScript.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Provide design vision and technical guidance for web application development.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in high-level design choices and dictating technical standards.
• 7+ years of expert-level REST API design, including security, authentication, and authorization.
• 5+ years of experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience with Angular UI frameworks and TypeScript.
• 5+ years of experience developing cloud-native and hybrid applications using AWS or GCP.
• 5+ years of experience with relational and NoSQL database platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or an equivalent field.
