Description

Design and architect banking solutions while modernizing legacy applications. You will own the technical roadmap and manage application interdependencies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities and manage application interdependencies.
• Partner with security, network, database, and infrastructure teams to define design strategy.
• Coach and mentor developers on technical challenges, best practices, and coding standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution for high-priority production incidents to ensure stability.
• Present technical solutions to stakeholders to build consensus across all levels.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience architecting enterprise platforms using design patterns.
• Expertise in Microservices and Event-Driven architectures.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with React.
• Knowledge of cloud providers including GCP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD technologies such as Jira, GitOps, or BitBucket Pipelines.
• Knowledge of enterprise security patterns including OpenID and OAuth.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis.
