Lead technical delivery and software architecture for high-quality production systems in Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Shepherd technical delivery to ensure adherence to best practices and documented processes.
• Estimate development requirements, propose technical alternatives, and prioritize tasks for specific product areas.
• Collaborate with Product Management to contribute to roadmaps, requirements, and release schedules.
• Guide geographically diverse development partner teams on technical designs and implementation approaches.
• Report on development status, quality, operations, and system performance to executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience building and shipping successful production software systems.
• Expertise in Java and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, specifically Microsoft SQL Server.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to transform raw product requirements into functional software architectures and designs.
• Experience managing and guiding distributed software development teams.
• Strong ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Skill in managing work against critical project timelines.
