Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define and own the architecture of enterprise applications built on Java and Microservices.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Establish microservices architecture standards, service boundaries, and integration patterns.
• Design and review RESTful APIs and ensure maintainable, production-ready implementations.
• Guide frontend and backend integration using React to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, DevOps, and Engineering teams to drive technical solutions.
• Lead architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical governance activities.
• Ensure application scalability, reliability, security, and performance optimization.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership across projects.
• Drive adoption of engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural frameworks.

Experience Required:

• 10 - 14 years of experience in Java-based application development and software architecture.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with REST API design, service integration, and application modernization.
• Good understanding of React and frontend-backend integration patterns.
• Experience with Java J2EE technologies and enterprise application frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, and DevOps practices is preferred.
• Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance engineering principles.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
