Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Java applications.
• Define and drive the overall technical architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
• Design cloud-native, microservices-based solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and modern architectural patterns.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Establish architecture standards, design principles, coding guidelines, and development best practices.
• Design and review High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), solution blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical governance to ensure quality and compliance.
• Drive application modernization initiatives, including migration from monolithic systems to microservices and cloud platforms.
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs, event-driven solutions, and distributed systems.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve system efficiency and innovation.
• Ensure application security by implementing authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, availability, and fault tolerance.
• Partner with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure automation.
• Collaborate with database architects to design efficient, secure, and high-performing data solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams, technical leads, and junior engineers.
• Identify technical risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve complex architectural challenges.
• Support Agile development processes by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical estimations.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement through architecture assessments, performance tuning, and technology roadmaps.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for enterprise application architecture and strategic technology initiatives
