Description

You will serve as the technical liaison between customers and the offshore development team, owning system architecture and customer-facing technical delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers to ensure requirements are met.
• Design system architectures and conduct impact analysis for proposed changes.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to align project deliverables and timelines.
• Collaborate with the onsite tech lead and VP on roadmaps, release timelines, and sprint goals.
• Lead customer demo sessions and technical discussions to showcase solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and design.
• Expertise in Java and the Spring Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Angular 8+.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience managing databases using MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins and version control with Git.
• Proven experience in the Travel (Airline) and hospitality domains.
• Strong ability to design software networks and solve complex system issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
