You will architect and govern the technical direction for complex enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Implement Integrated Justice Portal standards covering UI, development methodology, and coding/style guides.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison with infrastructure teams to resolve performance and technical issues.
• Plan and execute performance, failover, and endurance testing activities with the Infrastructure team.
• Analyze, design, develop, and code enterprise applications using JAVA/JEE, JSF, XML, and XSLT.
• Oversee development activities including data analysis, data access, database modeling, testing, and implementation.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience making high-level design choices and dictating technical standards.
• Experience designing multi-leveled architecture for large-scale software systems.
• 84 months experience guiding iterative development of complex JEE systems involving data structures and algorithms.
• 84 months experience developing with JDK 1.8+ using JSF/JSP deployed on WebSphere Application Server 9.0+.
• 72 months experience developing with JMS, EJB, MQ 6.0+, XML, JAXB, and JAXWS.
• 72 months experience developing with JPA and/or Hibernate against Oracle or SQL Server databases.
• Proficiency in Java/JEE, JSF, XML, XSLT, JAXB, and JAXWS.
