Description

You will lead the architecture and development of enterprise-level Java applications and integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java applications with a focus on efficient data structures and access.
• Implement enterprise applications using EJB 3.x and the Struts 2 framework.
• Build secure, scalable RESTful Web Services and manage SOAP-based service engagements.
• Integrate Java applications with legacy systems using Unisys Mainframe DTPRA connectors.
• Develop document management solutions using Apache POI, PDFBox, and Flying Saucer.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in Java application design and development.
• Expertise in EJB 3.x for enterprise-scale environments.
• Proficiency with the Struts 2 framework.
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate ORM for database interactions.
• Strong knowledge of Maven-based build systems.
• Experience implementing unit testing using JUnit.
• Ability to design RESTful and SOAP-based web services.
• Experience with Thymeleaf for server-side templating.
• Ability to create document generation tools using Apache POI, PDFBox, and Flying Saucer.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex data access layers and database structures.
