Description

Lead architectural design and delivery of enterprise-wide software solutions, owning technical direction and balancing security, debt, and market needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive architectural design for service interactions, dependent services, and policies.
• Evaluate design patterns and architect new services to introduce products.
• Create architectural documents, proofs of concept, and technical designs.
• Mentor engineers and conduct technical interviews to raise performance standards.
• Lead software planning and estimation for large-scale programs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
• Expert-level hands-on development in Java and Spring Boot.
• Deep expertise in design patterns and evaluating architectural structures.
• Extensive experience with event-based messaging protocols and Apache Kafka.
• Knowledge of C/C++.
• Experience with performance engineering to ensure scalable applications.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Apache Flink or other context management and aggregation systems.
