Description

You will design and govern end-to-end technical solutions for complex, cross-functional projects. This role requires deep expertise in Java, microservices, and system architecture to drive technical direction and resolve complex issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain solution structures to ensure support at both system and service levels.
• Drive system design and lead the resolution of complex technical issues across multiple business units.
• Provide technical direction and governance to development teams during solution implementation.
• Evaluate new technologies and define long-term technology strategies.
• Review iteration plans and provide architectural guidance to the architect team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total professional experience in software engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in technology transformation journeys.
• Expertise in Java development and Microservices architecture.
• Experience building low-latency services and high-volume APIs.
• Proven track record in performance tuning and optimization.
• Deep understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience with Agile design tools and methodologies.
• Ability to perform product and technology evaluations.

Preferred Skills

• Strong strategic planning skills to balance technical objectives with organizational constraints.
• Experience assessing the impact of new solutions on existing systems and processes.
