Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Architect with deep expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot to lead the architecture and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of architectural leadership and hands-on development experience, with the ability to design modern cloud-native solutions, establish technical standards, and guide engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly preferred, particularly with cloud-native development and event-driven architectures using Google Cloud Pub/Sub.

Key Responsibilities

Design and define scalable, secure, and maintainable Java-based application architectures.

Lead the development of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.

Architect microservices, distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and backend services.

Design and implement cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Develop event-driven architectures utilizing Google Cloud Pub/Sub.

Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions.

Establish and enforce architecture standards, design patterns, and development best practices.

Provide technical leadership through architecture governance, code reviews, and mentoring.

Collaborate with engineering, product, DevOps, and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Support modern deployment practices using Git, CI/CD, Docker, and containerized environments.

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Java and enterprise application development.

Advanced expertise in Spring Framework and Spring Boot.

Proven experience designing solution architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.

Strong knowledge of RESTful API and backend service development.

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design, SOLID principles, and design patterns.

Experience designing scalable, highly available, and maintainable enterprise applications.

Strong architectural and technical leadership skills.

Experience conducting code reviews, defining technical standards, and mentoring development teams.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Experience designing cloud-native applications.

Knowledge of event-driven architecture and Google Cloud Pub/Sub.

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
