Description

Design and implement high-performance, event-driven systems using Kafka and gRPC.

Responsibilities

• Architect event-driven systems using Kafka for message streaming.
• Develop high-performance procedure calls using gRPC and Protocol Buffers.
• Optimize system performance through memory, CPU profiling, and resource tuning.
• Manage edge services and event gateways for efficient network traffic handling.
• Implement secure communication models using various authentication protocols.

Required Skills

• 10 to 16 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced expertise in Java.
• Proven background in messaging, event streaming, and Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with gRPC and Remote Procedure Calls.
• Deep understanding of HTTP/2 protocol and Protocol Buffers.
• Strong system engineering skills including full network stack knowledge.
• Expertise in algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization.
• Practical knowledge of security awareness and authentication models.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NGINX, NATS, GoLang, or Rust.
• Prior work on Event Gateways and Edge Services.
