Description

You will provide technical and architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle to resolve complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Architect solutions and prepare incremental designs, including System Integration and System Architecture Design Documents.
• Coordinate with business owners to translate requirements into user stories and determine feature priorities.
• Lead architectural discussions at the program level and assist in creating the architectural roadmap.
• Guide project teams in accurate estimation and PI objective setting during planning meetings.
• Research new technologies, lead proofs of concept, and ensure adherence to development best practices and enterprise standards.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of technical leadership experience in digital technologies.
• Expertise in building microservices-based applications using Kotlin, Ktor, and Java/J2EE.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, including Azure Web Apps, Containers, Azure Databases, Redis Cache, and Functions.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, and OAuth 2.0.
• Deep understanding of event-based systems and messaging frameworks such as Azure Event Hubs, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with Postgres SQL, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Back-end expertise in API design, UML, JUnit, and mocking frameworks.
• Working knowledge of front-end technologies including NodeJS, TypeScript, ReactJS, NGX, and PWAs.
• Experience working within the SAFe methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Retail and Logistics domains.
